NB1* Before being airbrushed your helmet will follow all these standard procedures which are mandatory:
1) internal sanitation
2) disassembled (NO the polystyrene)
3 ) wrapped
4) bottom
5) basis
6 ) ( airbrushing )
7 ) matte / glossy protective final lacquer
8) unwrapped and reassembled
9 ) polished
10) video and photographed
NB2* What is the difference between a matt and glossy lacquer finish? The glossy finish creates a greater film that covers the thicknesses while the opaque NO .. moreover the opaque is much more delicate if it is scratched it cannot be polished while the transparent glossy protective lacquer YES in case of a smear it can come off by cleaning it well with the appropriate products and with polishing it becomes new again
NB3* For cleaning shiny helmets there are special dedicated sprays on the market that are useful and practical and can be dried with a microfiber cloth for the matt finish, however we recommend cleaning and using a sponge dipped in water and neutral soap and drying with a fabric cloth
NB4* The opaque transparent DOES NOT COVER THE THICKNESS of the paints used during airbrushing because
the film that creates also called film has very few

NB5* How do you get the crystal ball effect on a helmet so you don't feel the steps of the various airbrushing steps? It is necessary to give the final glossy high solid lacquer and once dry it must be opacified by lowering the thicknesses and restore the final glossy transparent lacquer for the second time .. This operation can be repeated from 3 to 4 times to obtain the desired effect. However, it involves a higher cost of the material used and the hours of labor and therefore the final price will be higher. Even if in part you can feel the steps slightly especially of the stickers applied under transparent or of other types during the painting we usually always give 2 passes during the first coat, we let it dry and opacify it we sand and lower to restore the second and last coat always in 2 steps and you already get an excellent result of coverage, protection and shine where the customer is already satisfied
NB6* Following the fashions of the moment we also make the relief effect and on an opaque base the graphics are better
NB7* The products used are of the best brands and of the highest quality, furthermore the final glossy transparent lacquer that we use is a SUPER HIGH SOLID and has a very high degree of gloss suitable for covering the thicknesses of the various overlapping varnishes especially during masking
NB8* The photos of your helmet will be published in all our social media and advertising posts, website, paper flyers, etc. ..
NB9* Where it is not possible to remove the gaskets because they are glued strongly or the spare parts cannot be found, they will be wrapped well and in any case an EXCELLENT job is obtained because we make an airbrushed border on the gasket so there are no color smudges during the airbrushing
NB10* The graphic design can be provided to us by the customer by looking at images of other helmets found on the internet or even through a hand-made draft with pencils, felt-tip pens .. indicating the colours, logo position, name, etc. using our format (Create the your helmet!!!
NB11* The ApacheDesign stickers will be applied to all our works of ART and therefore also to your helmet as the artist's signature, on the sides and back under a final protective transparent. EVERY ARTIST ALWAYS SIGNS THEIR OWN WORKS !!! The customer who does not want the application of our brand on his helmet will have a supplement of the final price + 100!
NB12* to all the visors of motoring, rally and road helmets WE WILL GIFT the adhesive band for sun protection matching the helmet graphics
NB13* Helmet shipments are always charged to the customer or delivery and collection by hand

NB18* Inside the SHOWROOM the customer will be able to view our exhibited works which ARE NOT FOR SALE
NB19* It is not possible to make any form of sale inside our SHOWROOM. Once inside, the customer will be able to view our works on display, relaxing in the living room and together designing future drafts to be created
NB20* Airbrushing is carried out in our external laboratory
NB21* Upon request, we issue the certificate of the airbrushing performed, especially on rally helmets where the FIA requires it
